A short, honest account of what CeeCee reads, where it goes, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are
Rethink Leadership operates the CeeCee scheduling service at myscheduler.cc. When this policy says “we” or “us”, that’s Rethink Leadership. “You” is the person with an account, or anyone CeeCee corresponds with on your behalf.
What CeeCee reads
CeeCee is an email-native assistant. To do her job, she reads:
- Email addressed to her. Messages sent to
ceecee@myscheduler.ccor where she is on the To/Cc line. She does not read mail elsewhere in your inbox. - Calendar events you authorize her to see. Free/busy and event details from the calendar you connect — only as scoped by the OAuth permission you grant.
- Your account profile. Name, email, time zone, working hours, and the preferences you tell her.
Where your data goes
CeeCee is built on three named processors. Each gets only the data they need to do their part.
- Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.5) interprets your scheduling requests — the email content addressed to CeeCee and the calendar context she needs to answer it. Per Anthropic’s policy, data sent through the API tier is not used to train their models.
- Mailgun (Sinch) transports inbound and outbound email. Their privacy practices are described in Mailgun’s privacy policy.
- Microsoft Graph and Google Calendar hold your calendar. We never copy your calendar wholesale; we read it through the OAuth permission you grant and store only a refresh token. Your credentials stay in your provider’s tenant.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never train AI on your content.
- We never share your data with marketers or data brokers.
- We never read mail that isn’t addressed to CeeCee.
Coordination memory
CeeCee maintains a small private memory of the threads she’s been on, so she can answer questions like “what did Sarah say about X.” She never reads email she wasn’t part of. The memory is yours, scoped to your account, and deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you cancel, we scrub your data within 30 days — messages, proposals, calendar context, the lot. Calendar credentials are revoked immediately on cancellation; you don’t have to wait the 30 days for that.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, delete it, or export it. Write to support@myscheduler.cc and we’ll respond within seven days.
Cookies and tracking
None. The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers. The only cookies you may encounter are session cookies tied to features you actively use (for example, confirming a booking from a link); they exist to make the feature work and nothing else.
International
If you’re in the EU or UK, GDPR applies. We process your personal data under the legal bases of contract (we need it to provide the service you asked for) and legitimate interest (the narrow, expected operation of an assistant you’ve invited into your inbox). If you’re a California resident, CCPA applies — you can request access or deletion at the same address as everyone else.

Updates
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we’ll email active users before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page is the simplest way to tell when something moved.
