A short, plain agreement between you and Rethink Leadership about how CeeCee works — what she’ll do, what we ask of you, and what happens if something goes sideways.
Who you’re contracting with
These terms are between you and Rethink Leadership, the company behind CeeCee. When we say “we” or “us” we mean Rethink Leadership. When we say “you” we mean the person with the account.
What you get
CeeCee schedules meetings for you over email. You introduce her on a thread, or write to her directly, and she handles the back-and-forth — proposing times, confirming, sending the invite. It’s a best-effort service: she’s good, she’s improving, and we treat your trust like the asset it is.
Acceptable use
Use CeeCee for genuine scheduling. Specifically:
- No spam. No harvesting recipient data. No using CeeCee as a vehicle for unsolicited bulk email.
- CeeCee respects unsubscribe signals. If a recipient asks her to stop, she stops — and so should you, with that contact.
- No illegal use, no harassment, no attempts to prompt-inject her into doing something outside her job.
- Keep your account to yourself; don’t share credentials.
Your responsibilities
Keep your calendar credentials secure. If you lose access to your account, write to support@myscheduler.cc. Verify important bookings — the kind where a missed time costs real money. Software has bugs; calendars have edge cases. A two-second glance is good hygiene.
What we’ll do
We’ll work hard on uptime, communicate honestly when CeeCee gets something wrong, and tell you about incidents that affect your data or your bookings. If you write to us, you’ll hear back from a human.
Billing
CeeCee is $12 per user, per month, billed via Stripe. Your first booking is free — you only start paying after CeeCee has actually delivered. There’s no setup fee and no annual lock-in.
To cancel, email the word cancel to ceecee@myscheduler.cc from the address on your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, and CeeCee will write back to confirm.
No warranty
CeeCee is provided as-is. We try hard, we test a lot, and we still know software can surprise us. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. For anything that really matters — a board meeting, a flight-tight booking — verify it landed where you expected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of CeeCee is limited to the fees you’ve paid in the prior twelve months. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities — even if we’ve been told they might happen.
Termination
You can cancel any time, as described under Billing. We can suspend or terminate your account for serious abuse (spam, harassment, prompt-injection attempts) or for non-payment after a reasonable cure period. We’ll notify you when we do, and we’ll explain why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rethink Leadership is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The specific jurisdiction is being confirmed and will be filled in here when finalized.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page is the simplest way to see when something moved.
